Hello! My name is Peter Sanderson. This miracle bread is not only the healthiest bread you'll eat, but it tastes so good too. It is a nutritious 'whole food' and very satisfying. You will come to treasure it as the 'king' of foods.
The cost to make the bread, because of its high quality ingredients, is too much for the commercial mass market, so it is unlikely you will ever be able to buy it in a supermarket. However, it's affordable to make it at home. Soon you will come to see it as we have - the most essential food in your diet.
The recipe evolved from a sour dough bread baking course I took once upon a time, and was based on an ancient text thousands of years old. I have modified the recipe over the years to incorporate quark and mash potato to moisten the bread and enhance its flavour. That was a little trick I picked up from an old German baker. Traditionally the bread was of course baked in a wood-fired oven, but a conventional electric oven does me just fine.
As there are no preservatives added I slice the bread and freeze it in small packets to warm in the toaster as needed. This way it's always fresh. But at the rate my family devours it, the bread doesn't stay long anyway!
